"The Swineherd" Story

"The Swineherd” story from Nicola Henshaw's work will be used to inspire walks on the land. Story telling will become part of several of our activities to inspire people. Watch out in our diary of activities. The Swineherd Story can be found at the bottom of the History Box page - enjoy!

We are inviting all residents to create a story for a tree. Keep an eye on our activities for more opportunities to  send your message to the trees!

We started on 28 March with story telling and workshop at Smannell Rd Tree Orchard in collaboration with Andover Tree United.

Augustian Geo Cache Treasure Hunt, Sat 11 April

An exciting High tech treasure hunt, using GPS a phone and “Geo Cache” 
(mini boxes hidden in the landscape containing clues) will attempt to retrace the ancient pathways.

The Augustians and Crafty Chatters have created special objects to include in the boxes. 
Bring your own small object(s) to exchange (small value) and be part of this Augustatic trail. 
Find the traces of the past in the present and start a new story.
