Augusta Time, Iron Age Museum Visit

Picture
With the Augustian group, we visited the Iron Age museum on 6th of May.

The visit focussed on the history related to the East Anton area.

The Iron Age and Roman times and pathways were brought to life by curator and archeologist Jenny Stephen during her presentation.

We also looked at the many generations of farming established on the site, from the Bronze Age to now.

The talk brought inspiration to the group for the shaping of ideas for pieces of public art.

It also inspired the presentation of our mini museum on 23rd of May.
